Four flat carding blades in Coarse, Medium, Fine and X-Fine, kept together in a navy case. Carding pulls the soft, dead undercoat out from underneath the top coat, so the coat lies flatter, sheds less around the house, and shows its natural shine. With four grades in one set, you can match the blade to each part of your dog.

Use on a dry coat with light pressure — never press the blade edge into the skin.
- Start on a dry, brushed-out coat.
- Hold the blade at a low angle to the coat and draw it through in the direction of hair growth with light, even strokes.
- Use the coarser blades on dense areas like the back and sides, and the finer blades on thinner areas and around the head.
- Clear hair from the blade between passes, and return the blades to the case when you are done.
